This is due to a foreign matter contamination. Approximately 35,430 pounds of the Johnsonville branded Polish Kielbasa Turkey sausage were recalled after consumer complaints reported finding pieces of rubber in the product. The impacted kielbasa displays a “best by” date of either “05/17/24” or “05/18/24” on the side of the packaging as well as establishment number P-32009. The ready-to-eat sausage was sold at retail locations nationwide, so check your refrigerator or freezer for this product. If it matches the above information, dispose of it immediately or return it to the place of purchase. If you have experienced any illness or injury after consuming the recalled meat, contact your healthcare provider as soon as possible.
