With Easter right around the corner, it’s time to get your menu into shape, including figuring out where to buy your groceries. Enter: Target and the return of their Easter meal. The retailer is bringing back their Easter offerings, so your menu will be as friendly to your budget as it will be to your taste buds. The menu costs just under $25 and serves four people for a price point of about $6.25 per person (FYI—final prices may vary depending on the size of ham). Plus, it offers lots of room for creativity in the kitchen. If you’re hosting a much larger crowd, you can always tack on an extra ham and even opt for other fun sides you love to have each spring. These ingredients can help you put together a ham-centric spread with stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy and green bean casserole. And if time is money, then the savings just keep on coming. You can cut way down on your grocery shopping stress and time commitment when you order the ingredients for your budget soirée in the Target app for pickup (or drive-up) at the store. Just scoop them up a couple of days before the main event and you’re all set. Of course, you’ll still need a few things on hand in your kitchen, like butter, seasonings and maybe even some crispy onions to top your green bean casserole. But this curated grocery list will certainly get you pretty close to the hosting finish line. To polish off the menu, ask guests to bring along a delicious dessert or a fun drink. Even a classic appetizer, like our Easter Deviled Eggs, would be a fun appetizer for friends or family to bring along.
