On a large rimmed baking sheet, gently pull apart noodles; toss with coleslaw mix, snow peas, hoisin, soy sauce, garlic paste, ginger paste and crushed red pepper until combined. Spread the mixture into an even layer, covering the entire baking sheet. Arrange beef evenly over the noodle mixture; drizzle the beef with sesame oil.
