4 ounces smoked salmon

1 slice beefsteak tomato

6 slices English cucumber

2 tablespoons sliced red onion

1 tablespoon sliced scallion

3 sprigs fresh dill

1 teaspoon capers, rinsed

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

2 whole-grain everything bagels, toasted
Directions

Spread cream cheese on a cutting board. Top with smoked salmon, tomato, cucumber, onion, scallion, dill and capers; season with pepper. Chop the mixture until it’s chunky and everything is well incorporated. Divide the mixture evenly between 2 bagel halves; top with the other halves.
